Teresa Bio

Todd is an experienced real estate attorney and managing partner of Sivia Business & Legal Services. He provides a variety of real estate issues, including: sales, acquisitions, exchange matters, litigation, mediation, as well as property tax and boundary disputes.

With over 30 years experience in the title industry and 12 years in banking, Bob uses his vast experience to the benefit of our clients.

He holds an MBA and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Dawn has been with the Midwest Title & Escrow for three years, and has over 10 years experience in title search, title examining and as an escrow assistant.

Karen has five years of experience in closing real estate transactions, and has extensive knowledge of the preparation, processing and closing of real estate purchases and refinance loans. Karen has been with the company since October 2010.

Linda has been with Carlyle Abstract Company for 23 years. She assists clients with real estate sales, title requests, deed requests and quotes, in addition to general clerical assistance.

Rose started with the company in 2006 and prepares title commitments, policies and assists with data entry and administrative duties.
